As the founder and CEO, Cristina brings a wealth of expertise to the table, offering project-based strategy and consulting solutions tailored to the unique needs of sports front offices. Her keen ability to bridge the gap between vendors and internal teams has earned her a reputation for delivering results that exceed expectations. And her expertise in the nuances of sports business uniquely positions her to successfully manage projects at any scale. From ideation to implementation, Cristina is committed to ensuring that each project she undertakes is executed with precision and excellence. Prior to founding her own consultancy, Cristina has worked in the sports and entertainment industry for over a decade in a variety of roles spanning product management, marketing, customer and fan experience, loyalty programs, public relations and project management. Her strategic leadership and adept management of internal and external stakeholders throughout any project or position have been instrumental in driving consensus and achieving tangible results. Cristina played a pivotal role in bringing multiple, simultaneous technology projects to life for two Minor League Baseball (MiLB) facilities by orchestrating launches with 13 collaborating vendors. Additionally, she was responsible for launching a pilot fan experience mobile application featuring augmented reality (AR) technology weaved into the team’s brand. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Cristina also created one of the first loyalty programs in baseball while with the Miami Marlins, which is still in use today. Remaining nimble and always willing to pitch in where needed, Cristina has also played a role in large-scale special events such as the World Baseball Classic, the MLB All Star Week and the SOS for Haiti live aid concert. With a career marked by strategic insight, meticulous planning and a passion for driving meaningful outcomes, Cristina has carved a niche for herself as a visionary in the sports industry and beyond.
A native of Miami, Florida, Cristina is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Master’s degree, and the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree. Committed to lifelong learning and growth, Cristina is also a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP), and has been recognized as a winner of Outstanding Project of the Year for the Leadership Miami program from the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Cristina has also previously served as a Facilitator Chair and Executive Committee Member for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program, and as Event Vice Chair for Best Buddies of South Florida’s Friendship Walk. Currently, Cristina is a member of the Tampa Bay Area Group for Canine Companions, spearheading fundraising events and continuing to advocate for service dogs in the community. In addition to her professional endeavors, Cristina is deeply involved in various community and volunteer initiatives, including her role as a Volunteer Puppy Raiser and Therapy Dog Team with Canine Companions. In her spare time, Cristina enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, marathon racing, volunteering and advocating for causes dear to her heart.
